my first attempt with dieting
im not really a big fan of dieting.. but anyway.. im trying it now..
first attempt:
for breakfast im taking toasted bread, eggs, bacon, pork sausage and water..
for lunch
im eating salad, chicken, pork, fish or sometimes beef (no potatoes, no rice), and dessert..
for dinner
im eating lots of rice.. hehe... pork.. beef... tama ba yun? my aunt loves to cook kc.. kaya nman ganado ako kumain.. take note.. im d type na malakas kumain ng kanin.. nkikipag sabayan tlga ako sa mga kapatid ko.. ke nelson and sa uncle ko.. grabe.. takaw ko tlga.. hehe..
im not hitting d threadmill.. but maybe now... I WILL...
